Support the Midnight Walk
Walk through the night. Stand with our neighbors.

Each year, members of The Midnight Mission community walk through the night as a gesture of compassion and solidarity with those who experience homelessness in Los Angeles.

This year’s walk begins with a $10,000 leadership gift from Dewayne Cameron.

Support this event and campaign by making a donation that will ensure The Midnight Mission continues to provide meals, recovery services, housing support, and life-changing programs.

Walk With Us

🗺️  Meet Up Date & Time: Friday, August 21st at 11:00PM

🚗 Where we start / Where to park: We will meet at Expo / Sepulveda Station
(11295 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064)

👟 What to Wear: Think comfy and functional — walking shoes, workout clothes, and a light jacket or other layer for the cool early-morning hours. Dress in layers, and you’ll thank yourself later!

🎒 What to Bring: Pack a small bag with essentials like: Protein bars, Dried fruit or trail mix, chocolate (for morale, obviously), Water, Coffee or tea in a thermos. We’ll provide hygiene kits for outreach, but bring what you need to feel fueled and focused.

🌃 What to Expect: This walk is unlike anything else. The city will be quiet — and you’ll see it in a whole new light. Expect meaningful conversations, moments of reflection, and the chance to feel deeply connected to your community.

🛣️ Where It Ends: We’ll return right back where we started — at Expo / Sepulveda Station (11295 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064). You’re welcome to walk the full loop or arrange a ride home at one of our check-in points along the way. Some folks may even want to grab breakfast after — we’ll point you toward nearby options!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Can Come? Dogs? Yes! We love dogs. Kids? Also yes — if they can walk the full 18 miles. Please use your best judgment. Strollers and scooters don’t work well on this route.

Can’t Walk? Give Hope! Consider making a monetary donation to help provide meals, shelter, and recovery programs.
